Comments
Comments: The Avalon trail is a bit boney with some icy sections before the second stream crossing. Light traction recommended. Several bare-booters were having a challenging time with the very light, fluffy snow covering the very slippery ice. I opted for snowshoes start to finish and was glad to have the televators on the A-Z trail! The A-Z and Mt. Tom Spur have plenty of snow cover and are well packed.
