Comments
Comments: Lower terrain had a good amount of ice and some spots of bare ground. Upper terrain was hard packed snow with about a foot base near the top. Some bare booters previously did the hike when the snow was soft leaving a little bit of uneven footing and post holes -- nothing major though. The ladders near the top were mostly covered. Once there's more snow, snowshoes would be good for this, but with the hard crust that's out there now I managed fine with microspikes and trekking poles.
