The large stream crossing on Carter Dome Trail was crossed gently on the ice, still open water showing. |

A few blowdowns easily navigated. |

Baxter did great, never broke through the crust. |

| Comments: |
One person had postholed on the way down before everything froze. For the most part it presented no problems. The trail was frozen up solid, never broke through at all. |
