Comments
Comments: A quick out and back - amazing views from Lowes Bald spot - caught it with just the right sun with blue skies for some great pics. Trails was solidly packed snow so snowshoes not needed. There were some long stretches of ice so traction was handy. Some bare spots with a few spots of running water still around but will likely freeze in the next few days. Raymond path was tracked out and solid, no recent traffic on Nelson Crag trail and on Madison Gulf beyond Lowes.
