I decided to use my geography and clean up Field and Willey on the way home from Waumbek, taking advantage of fast trails. I ran in to Brent whom I met last week right at the relo section and got to meet his new dog. After sharing our horror stories from the day before I was back to ascending. And ascend I did do! So steep going to Field. Once finally there it is such an enjoyable walk to Willey, heavy clouds at about 5500' made for real great views into the Pemi, swirling colors and massive mountains. Thank you! Out and back in no time and headed south. |
