Comments
Comments: The bushwhack along the river had bare patches with not much snow pack. We were able to bare boot to the Firewardens Trail. From there, we wore snowshoes all the way to the summit and back, even though, there are some bare patches with running water down low. The trail is in pretty good shape with a good packed base. Great day out with Hiker Ed, Fran M., and Guy J. Nice meeting up and talking with Rick and Kristin. No fresh tracks coming up from Hale Brook or Lend a Hand, when we were at the summit before noon.
