Beautiful day for this traverse! We wore snowshoes all the way, congrats to Bill C. on #560!!
The lower segment of Gale River Trail was broken out by a snowmobile to just short of the relocation. F&G folks were setting up monitoring stations for Canadian Lynx. If you happen to smell the strong odor of Skunk, it's not your imagination; there are lures & camera's approx. 3/4 up the Gale River Trail & about a 1/4M below the hut off the Garfield Ridge Trail. |
