I Arrived with the plan to solo but hopeful that I would be the only one. A group of seven and one other solo hiker joined forces and we made it to summit as a team. Awesome day with no wind and sunny skies.
We had to break trail from bushwack juncture onwards. We tried to follow pink ribbons but eventually lost them. We rejoined rocky branch a little too low. Then saw the pink ribbons and knew where we were supposed to have come out. On our return we bushwhacked from there and connected with our ascending bushwack. So two trail options available for upper third of bushwack at the moment.
Snowshoes needed from approx .75mi from parking lot. Now well tracked out by us 9 hikers. |
