Comments: Very fun afternoon on Cannon with Amy P/Nordic Gal!!!! Thanks for helping me get this calendar day!!! Anyway, we were happy to find Kinsman Ridge Trail packed/broken out at mid-day after a full morning of skiing/riding elsewhere. Good snowshoeing up to the summit.

Fun to run into Cynthia & John(? I think) along the way!!! Low visibility so we didn't go out to the ledges. Found some fresh powder up at the top of Cannon.

The descent was a blast: Amy carried snowblades and I carried a mini-snowboard which made the powdery descent challenging to keep the toys on plane!!!! but, easy to carry! Anyway, there were a LOT of skin and ski/snowboard tracks up high from people earning turns as there was no lift-served skiing/riding up there thru at least today. We found around 6" of fresh pow on a firm base. Couple flat spots on descent were a challenge to build up speed. Final glade was amazing!!!!

We actually spent more time at the Cannon bar after than the entire circuit took!!!! Fun that Amy's husband could meet up with us later!!!! :)
