Parking/Access Road Notes: Gale River Road closed. Lot unplowed but enough cars have been in there to pack it down.

Water Crossing Notes: ice is forming but not solid in most places. Can rock hop ok. coming back I did the small bushwhack and bypassed 2 crossings.

Comments: Well packed trail. Unfortunately there were 3 people ahead of me with spikes and 2 coming behind me barebooting. They didn't make any postholes but did chop it up a bit but the incoming storm will take care of that. I can't believe I was the only person in snow shoes and that none of the others were even carrying them. A little windy on top but the views were great.
