Comments
Comments: 1-2 inches of snow in the lower sections over frozen booted crud from the warmer weather on Saturday. Increasing snow with elevation. Significant drifts above treeline along the Carriage Road, best skirted to one side to avoid posting holing up to knee level. Light traction sufficient. Snowshoes overkill.

10F on the summit with winds probably approaching 75mph. Difficult to even maintain a fixed position when gusting. Just this side of doable. Saw around 16 other brave souls in different groups.
