Water Crossing Notes: the lower crossing, about one mile in, has no ice bridge yet,but there is a thin plank. caution advised. smaller crossings ok but. not frozen. be careful.

Comments: Gorgeous day. Still early season though. Lots of soft snow but no real base yet,so rocks still an issue. Carter Dome and Carter Moriah trails barely broken out, with fluffy snow, so slow going.e
