Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Usual couple of easily dealt with blow downs. Small balsam at the awkward big rock that people used to grab on to get up has tipped over. I wanted to help it back up but too much for me and then it would need to be tied off to stay upright. Last time up there I told Franco it was a matter of time until it would get pulled over, I was sad...

Comments
Comments: A tale of two hikes. On the way up in the morning snow and ice free first half then packed snow and a fair amount of ice higher up. Didn't use traction because it would have been on and off a lot. Between the peaks more soft ice and snow than ice. Chimney area was mostly snow and ice free. The hike down was mostly soft ice and mushy snow on top and dry on bottom. Met 19 other human hikers and 2 awesome pups on this great mid week November day
