Comments
Comments: Did this one solo. Hiked Flume and Liberty earlier in the day and finished up with plenty of time to include Cannon on today's itinerary. The lower section continues to be very eroded - some sections are 4-6 feet below the area directly adjacent to the trail. The rocks were wet but had no problems. There were several sections before the trail splits (hiking trail to left and skiing trail to right) where there was water flowing in the trail. Once past the lookout there were several very muddy sections I described in the trail maintenace section. Didn't see anyone else out on the trail today.
