 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
2 blowdowns on Liberty Spring Tr. (1 slightly below tent site and 1 slightly above Flume Slide Tr. jct.) both easily stepped over. Great job done between Little Haystack and Liberty Spring Tr. jct.. of trail maintenance. Was a very enjoyable, quick walk in this section. Thanks much to all those involved in maintaining this section. |

 | Comments: |
Almost stopped at Greenleaf Hut on account of wind, cold rain and the white picture up above. Went with the forecast fortunately and it was a great day. Winds lessened, rain stopped and warm enough so ice wasn't much of an issue. First 100' down from each summit in the morning was only time needing a little caution. Looked as if mostly melted when looking back up from lot. Nice running into the OTHH near Liberty. |
