Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All easy today.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Annoying blowdown single tree on Avalon just downhill from the second crossing. Cannot go under and a short person might find it a bit difficult to go over. I wish I had a saw, only about 4 inches.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Kara had a great day, enjoyed some swims too.
Bugs
Bugs: none
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: pair of black mittens with white palms left on Avalon, I turned them into the staff at the AMC store at the train station for lost and found.

Comments
Comments: Intermittent clouds and sun and quite warm today. Lucked out and had sun and views from all the high spots today. Great day to be out. A bit slippery on steeper descents with mix of wet rock, wet roots, leaves and mud.
