So today I was able to get even with Wildcat and it was the perfect hike for getting back into the swing of things. The weather was cool and breezy and overcast, but if felt good getting my boots back on the trail in the Whites. The round trip took me just under 6 hours including stopping for lunch at the vista of Wildcat A and I was able to get home in time for supper. Not all hikes ends this way as many times I have come out after dark only to get home late to eat a cold supper! Until then- Keep Climbing! |
