Boards on Nineteen-Mile Brook crossing may shift throwing one off balance. Water levels low enough now where rock hop to side of boards easily done. Crossing on Carter Dome Tr. easily done as well. |

A late report for a few reasons. One about the boards mentioned in water crossing section. Another related to question asked to us during hike about Dodge Cutoff. For anyone unsure if they will find it the cutoff is a very well trodden path crossing lower part of Imp Tr. shortly after the brook crossing. Also congrats to the couple finishing NH48 on Carter Dome and the hiker finishing on Middle Carter. |
