Parking/Access Road Notes: 19 Mile Brook Trail trailhead parking near full at 7:45 AM, but it looks like you could park on the highway shoulder.

Comments: North Carter trail was wet and had some running water, but it wasn't a problem. Everything else was minor and avoidable.
