Some extended snow patches on Tucks below junction with Lions Head Tr. Some patches on LH below tree line. Several large, deep, snow fields going up Lions Head before junctions with Tucks. No snow going up the cone on Tucks. We came down Tucks all the way to the Alpine Garden trail and cut back to Lions head to avoid the snow fields and possible postholing. The Tuckerman Trail is still closed in the Ravine. Wonderful day on the mountain. |
