| Comments: |
Weather forecast called for clearing skies that never materialized. Under clouds all day and hit the cloud layer around 4000 feet and spent the rest of the hike in the clouds. Met many coming down that said they were in the clouds from Monroe down. Layer was hanging on the west side as summits from the east were clear. Some wet rocks, running water and mud above Mizpah cutoff. A bit of rime ice on the trees once we hit the alpine zone. Cool and windy up top brought out the layers. |
