| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The Davis Path is in dire need of new bog bridges. They are the worst condition I have ever seen. They have become unsafe. I say this knowing that I need to dedicate some time to trail maintenance, and will do so as soon as I'm done with the 4Ks. |

Great hike. I 'earned' Isolation yesterday. Went up Glen Boulder trail, got sidetracked for a couple of hours on the ski trail (I know, I'm a dumbass)then backtracked and ascended the Glen Boulder trail to the Davis Path. Returned the same way. Loved it. There were no views on the way up, but it opened up on the descent.
However, if you're looking to see some moose, the ski trail is loaded with fresh moose poop and fresh tracks everywhere. |
