| Water Crossing Notes: |
The 3 water crossings heading up North Twin as were expected. Plenty of rain the previous couple of days made the water very high. We hiked up about a quarter mile for the first crossing to find a hoppable area. The other two were quite easy. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Holy mud trail. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Saw 3 dogs. 2 poodles and a yellow lab named Body. All having a great time. |

Very little to none. |

| Comments: |
We descended by headlamp. The first large river crossing near the end of Garfield trail was a bit tricky. We had never hiked that trail and with just headlamps we couldn't find where the trail went. The trail ended at a 'Y' in the river. We eventually figured it out, but the blazes were nonexistent in the dark. |
