Crossing of Eastman Brook easy on rocks due to low water levels. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trail in good condition. The rocks from a small cairn at the West Tecumseh side trail was scattered about so I reconstructed it. |

Fine for dogs. No water beyond the brook near the trailhead. Saw one today. |

Some flying insects were slightly bothersome but none were biting. |

 | Comments: |
The pathway had good footing and moderate grades. Good view of Mt Moosilauke from West Tecumseh. Great views from the summit of Mt Tecumseh which is more open than years ago. There is also a southeast view point on an unsigned side trail off the Sosman trail just downhill from the summit. Saw peregrine falcons from the southeast outlook.
The only other hikers were three woman who had also ascended from Tripoli Road. |
