Parking around 9am but all down the road when we returned early afternoon. |

No problem thanks to the large birch that fell very nicely across the river! |

Good trail for dogs and saw quite a few today |

Never saw as many runners on a mountain as we saw today, running down as we ascended after the Rollins Trail, then a group of 4 who were trying to hit as many peaks as possible in one day (They didn't stop to talk!)Several others including an older man with a long white beard
(looked like Dumbledore from Harry Potter!) who raced past us as we were coming down. Had some friends way behind who said he was GW from Maine! He didn't have time to stop either. Lovely day to be out and great views from the spot just before the peak. All 5 of the family with me were first timers on this peak. |
