| Comments: |
Beaver Brook is a challenging trail and the descent can be tricky. Not recommended for the novice hiker and not good on a rainy day. However Friday found the trail relatively dry and only wet in the normally wet spots. Mud was minimal. Cascades along the brook were gorgeous. The summit was busy but not crowded and the views, although hazy, were spectacular. Moosilauke never fails to satisfy. |
