Lower trail surprisingly dry (just the usual wet areas to contend with). Some major blowdowns. Snow begins after the final water crossings about 3 switchbacks in - patchy, with the longest continuous stretch being .3 miles or so. Easily barebooted; snowshoes no longer necessary in my opinion. Some water running under the snowpack. Summit itself is bare. |
