| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Lots of blowdowns cleared by two crews today. A crew was out clearing blowdowns on the Greeley Ponds Trail. They cleared all blowdowns on the northern section of the trail. Blowdowns south of the ponds still remain. Another trailcrew was out clearing the Mount Tecumseh Trail from Tripoli Road to the summit. |

| Dog-Related Notes: |
Madison had fun. The trail to Goodrich Rock is fine for dogs however the rock itself has a ladder that is not canine friendly. If you bring your dog, you'll have to leave him/her below while you check out the view from the top of the rock. |

| Comments: |
Mount Tecumseh can be climbed from either direction without snowshoes. Light traction might be helpful. The Osceolas have 1-2 feet of snow before each of the summits and across the ridge with bare spots inbetween. In my opinion these peaks can now be hiked without carrying snowshoes as well. Although on a warm day you will probably do some postholing but if you wear your snowshoes you will be constantly putting them on and taking them off. Light traction is probably still helpful. Nearly all of the steeps heading up to East Osceola are clear of snow.
