Fun good rock hops, did not fall in. Little bit of water on a little bit of North Twin Trail |

Saw dogs. Saw a white poodle... no wait make that white with muddy highlights |

Little swarms but nothing harsh. Permathin on the clothes and a tiny spritz of bug juice on face and arms. |

Saw several through hikers. Lost my steam on the downhills, old knees, maybe an out and back wasn't the best plan, coulda dropped down on Gale River trail and road walked to my car and avoided climbing North and South twin twice. other than that a great day |
