Water Crossing Notes: Water crossings all done with ease and dry feet.

Trail Maintenance Notes: A few minor blowdowns but in general the trail is in great condition.

Dog-Related Notes: A perfect hike for a fit dog.  
Bugs
Bugs: Surprisingly no bugs to speak of despite very little wind on the trail. Summit was windy and bug free.
