Comments
Comments: First hike with Alton, first time up Cardigan. Holt trail was a little challenging but with good sticky soles on your shoes it is doable. I hadn't looked into the trail before going so was surprised as we tend to assume things under 4000 feet are "easy". Alton was a great lead and kept me from freaking out. Great hike, great conversation. Hot and humid so ice was in the bladder on the way up:-)
