Always a beautiful hike along cascading brook. The trail was mostly dry on the ascent. There were some wet spots on the ascent and walked down with caution.
Submerged most of myself in the brook at end of hike, felt wonderful.
Just as I ended the hike about 3pm there were 4 rescue personnel hiking up, looking for a "distressed hiker". There were 2 ambulances at the trailhead. I never read anything about anyone getting injured. |
