Some black flies at the summit, but not too annoying |

Great day out for a hike with a college friend who is only in NH for a short period this summer. The weather was great with some clouding up near the end when we went past Lonesome Lake. Some rock slabs on the trails had water on them that could make them slippery. There are steps or something for help in the bad places and we never slipped at all on the wet spots. |
