Tuckerman Ravine Trail on headwall above waterfall had two mud slides blocking trail. Bushwacked around on up slope side. Trail crew will need shovels to remove slides. |

National Forest Service web site indicates Tuckerman Ravine trail is still closed. However, ravine closed signage at Pink Notch Center and Hermit Lake had been removed. Closed signage was in place Sunday 6/15 at Pinkham Notch Visitor Center. Closed signage still in place on trail above ravine on sign posts at Tuckerman Junction and Crossing.
No snow or ice on trail through headwall. Snow bordered trail at headwall below waterfall. Plenty of rocks to scramble on without stepping into snow.
Trail was in good condition except for the 2 mud slides on headwall.
