Bugs
Bugs: TONS of mosquitos! I have welts ALL over my body. They were relentless. We ran on the flats to get away from them with little success
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: LOST: new light weight, carbon tip, white, power lock, hiking poles. I can't think of the brand. I bought them at the Kittery Trading Post last fall. Left them in the Sawyer Road Parking lot. Please contact curlleigh8@yahoo.com or 603-674-8844 if you've found them.

Comments
Comments: The first 1.5-2 miles of the Signal Trail can be ran. Along the river there were a few spots that looked like refreshing swimming holes - we chose not to test them out because of not only our time constraints but the bugs were vicious.
The view from the top was absolutely amazing. 360-degrees, unobstructed. We stayed up there for at least 30 minutes to enjoy the view and be free from bugs.
