Several blow downs, three have tracks off the tread way, one is a crawl through. Many water bars are plugged. |

Several scrambles, and the rough rock at the top of Jefferson, make this hike appropriate only for experienced hiking dogs. |

Black flies on the summit when the wind died. Not biting, but climbing all over. |

Great day for this short steep climb up Jefferson. The scrambles up The Caps were a fun challenge for this day. |
