There are many blowdowns on the Sabbaday Brook Trail. Maybe 3 or 4 of them have to be gone around versus over or under. |

A few here and there but they weren't hungry. |

Both: lost my booty sock/water filter at the seventh water crossing on ascent and picked it up right where I left it on descent. |

Overall this was a pretty nice hike. As it stands now the water crossings are just high enough to make you stop and think. The rocks are very slippery also so attention is needed. On the plus side there are plenty of places to refill, throw your feet in the brook or view some nice cascades.
I saw five people and one dog on the Sabbaday Brook Trail and maybe a dozen folks plus 3 or 4 dogs on the ridge. Coming out I had most of the trail to myself and decided to hang out on the banks of the brook soaking in the sun on this beautiful day. It doesn't get much better than that! |
