great day overall, so glad that bsk and i stuck with our plan for the day.some rain on the way down, but majority of day was dry and the sun broke out many times. glad the hail storm held off until the drive home. the trail up to the shelter, very wet and slick. i used micros on the few ice patches, bsk, made his way around them. a slip and an injury on the way down, but nothing a little duck tape couldn't fix. no bugs...yet. ;) bb trail my least favorite way to get up the moose. won't do it again until it's dry. |
