||Thanks to Charbs, Silverfox and Rocket21 for clearing blowdowns two weeks ago.
I recall one or two small blowdowns on the entire traverse, easily stepped over. |
||no water sources from just above Zealand Hut to the other side of Bondcliff. |
||We heard a few but no bites. |
|Lost and Found:
||I lost a black diamond three way cliplock pole, red and silver, somewhere between the hut and Zealand. ||
||A great day for the traverse! Still some sloppy snow out there.|
Wore trail runners paired with MSR snowshoes for the first time and found this to be an excellent combination for spring conditions. Carried boots just in case, they got a free ride all day.
