Comments
Comments: Bare booted till the ice became a problem, then Hillsounds to the beginning of the final summit accent. Even with occasional bare spots it was easier and safer to stay on the ice (there is lots) with traction than to bare boot and try to find the rocks(there weren't many) After the trail leaves the glades ski trail the snow gets deeper with some post holeing but it was not worth carrying the snowshoes for the little good they might do. Lots of running water. Water proof boots and gaiters kept my feet dry.
