Comments
Comments: Dan and I met for a jaunt up Whiteface and Passaconaway. The weather was better than I was expecting. The ledges were pretty easy to navigate and the Rollins wasn't as bad as it was last April. All positive things. We used snowshoes from the beginning of the Rollins Trail down to the snowline on Passaconaway. Has to be around 2700-3000'. They were worth carrying as they made our descent faster. Saw lots out barebooting and they were envious of our snow shoes. Met many nice folks on the trail today. Hi to you all. Great day out, with a spot of rain about a mile from the cars.
