Comments
Comments: Nice hike today. Started to see the remnants of the monorail at about 3000 feet. Decided to put on micro spikes as there was quite a bit of water running over the ice and between the rocks making it quite slippery. Solid monorail started about 1/2 mile below the tent platforms all the way to the summit. Saw two bare booters neither having any problems (it would be nice to be twenty again). Full mix of weather today drizzle, hail, snow (2 fresh inches on the summit.), a few glimpses of the sun then the rain as we hit the bike path on the return. All in all another great day in the mountains. Thanks J for our #7.
