Comments
Comments: Beautiful day for a hike.Started out a sunny, warm day The first mile and a half there was almost no snow. Then patches of thin ice that were easily passed around.Perhaps the last mile or so there was a lot of snow on the trail. There was postholing but there was a firm monorail to walk on. I left my snowshoes in the car. I barebooted to the summit and used Hillsounds on the decent. There were a few difficult places on the ledges on the ascent that were a little scary.
