Comments
Comments: Snow nearly the entire length of both trails, and across the ridge. Snow depths varied from mostly just the monrail near the base and below the tree line to a few fresh inches of fresh snow near the peaks. Falling Waters was more snowy than the rest of the loop, and was particularly slick near the top even with microspikes. With appropriate gear, i.e., poles and traction, it is definitely doable.
