| Comments: |
Followed counterclockwise loop (signed for Gale River Trail) to Gale River Road - well packed. Gale River Road well packed by snowmobiles.
Gale River Trail was broken out by a group ahead of us - thank you!
We met up with them on the Frost Trail and broke the rest of the way to Galehead - about 6-8" of fresh powder on top of the frozen granular base.
We then broke out Twinway to South Twin - 3-12" or so of fresh powder.
All of said trails are now well packed for snowshoeing. |
