Ice - Blue, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable), Snow - Spring Snow, Snow/Ice - Postholes, Slush |
| Recommended Equipment: |
Light Traction |
| Water Crossing Notes: |
Brook/river crossings weren't bad at all. Maybe not enough snow has melted yet to make them really high. We always had a rock to step on, even if it was somewhat overflowing. We avoided the partial snowbridge over one crossing since we weren't sure if it would collapse. Would recommend anyone else to do the same, was pretty high. |
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
A couple blowdowns, but not bad. |
| Dog-Related Notes: |
It's slushy/icy and quite steep up the sides of either peak. |
| Bugs: |
Nope! |
