Comments
Comments: A 3-4 inches of sticky snow down low which quickly piled up as I ascended. Monorail started about .3 miles below the tent site. Barebooted until the monorail. Snowshoes after that. Snow wasn't sticky and became very fluffy on the Franconia Ridge trail (12-14 inches). Some drifting just north of the summit. Unconsolidated snow on the rocks in the middle part of the trail made the descent interesting.
