Comments
Comments: Started early, about 7:15, and conditions were firm on the road and for about 3/4 of the way up the trail (wore microspikes). A small dusting of snow made for much softer conditions so we switched to snowshoes and wore those to the windy top! The trail is in excellent condition, so even on the way down, when it was warmer, it was relatively easy. Finished in snowshoes to help pack down the post holes on the road. We did not see one person on the trail- what a great way to spend a morning, in the sun and hiking with Sunshine!
