Comments
Comments: What a day! The warm temperatures and sun were a welcome change, but they made for sticky snow. However the trails were packed down most of the time so we were able to wear MicroSpikes. There were spots where we could of used snowshoes since we were post-holing. The trail from hut to Mt. Monroe was firm except for some drifting snow on the slope facing the hut. The Crawford Path is for the most part clear of any deep snow. We had a fabulous day and the views were phenomenal.
