Comments
Comments: terrific day out. we used snowshoes on ascent for televation and traction. most everyone else slipping and sliding in microspikes on the steep parts which were all butt slid to perfection. looser snow above cannon cliffs and ridge trail heavily drifted in places and postholed. windy and quite cold on the tower though the views were excellent. fast track down, I switched to spikes for the steeps , john left his snowshoes on. successful wrap up of SSW48 today. Thanks John and Pepper for coming along. Great day out!!!
